    Hi Dennis, all great tips. I think one other aspect to consider is segmenting the virtual tradeshow based on 1) buyer profile and 2) what stage the prospect is in the buying process.

    Again, this may require more work but I think the payoff will be greater in long-term. This way you know which leads should be handed off to sales immediately and which go back into your lead nurturing funnel.

    And I recent read that follow-up (whether a call or email, etc.) should happen within the first 24 hours after the show concludes!
