Hi I would like to know the context of the “Hybrid Booth”. Was this done through the client or the show? How do you address shows that “frown” on this. I am a strong proponent of the arrangement. Currntly none of the “AV” companies are pursueing this (for good reason) the field is open. Is the shown application something you do often? Or it is a unique instance.
Let me know if you are in Boston or are planning to try that technology here

Matthew – thanks for the comment. And yes, in order to make this work, the producer/organizer of the physical show will need to enable/allow exhibitors to create the “virtual extension”.

Some companies may frown upon this, while others are beginning to adopt it – and even promote/sell it to their clients.

I lik ethe phrase “virtual extension” it sounds complimentary. We ahev a number of medical shows coming through this spring in Boston and I rarely see this on these shows. What do you think of starting a schedule of people that have palced tehse app on live shows so others can show it “in action”. For example if you were using a virtual extension at ONS World Congress in Boston I could highlight it to one of my clients.
    Thoughts,

Matthew – yeah, there are some good examples that you can point clients to. I will follow up with you offline. Thanks for the comments.
